Wilson, Thomas. (1972). Trail Blazer of the Canadian Rockies, Calgary: Glenbow-Alberta Institute

An account of Wilson's days working for the CPR and specifically Major A.B. Rogers in 1883-1885 in the Rockies. He was a packer and assisted with the exploration in the Kicking Horse Pass area, including being the first white person to visit Lake Louise. He was also present at the Last Spike.
